SHIPPING POLICY
We have a flat rate of shipping for any custom guitar pick or pendant. It is $2.50 anywhere in the US by standard USPS mail. If you need it yesterday, we will work out the cost one on one through email or phone call.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our products are guaranteed for quality. If our custom pendant or other custom item breaks under normal wear and tear, send it back and we'll replace it.
